Terms of Service
These Terms form the contract between Elitist Peptides and the buyer. They are read together with the Research Use Only Agreement, which governs what the material may be used for and which prevails wherever it is stricter.

The agreement
These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern access to this website and every sale made through it by Elitist Peptides. By accessing the site, confirming the statements at the entry point, creating an account or placing an order, you accept these Terms.
These Terms incorporate by reference the Research Use Only Agreement (v1.0), the Privacy Policy and the Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy. Where two of those documents address the same subject, the stricter restriction governs. There is one copy of each document, at one URL; no other version is authorised.
All materials sold by Elitist Peptides are supplied for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary consumption or administration by any route. Nothing sold or published on this site is offered to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition in any human or animal, and no such use is authorised.
Eligibility and buyer warranties
You represent and warrant, on each order, that each of the following is true:
- you are 21 years of age or older;
- you are acquiring the material solely for in-vitro laboratory research, and not for any use in or on a human or an animal;
- you have the authority to enter this contract, and where you order on behalf of an organisation you have authority to bind it;
- you will comply with all applicable federal, state and local law in acquiring, possessing, handling, storing, using and disposing of the material;
- the delivery address you give is within the fifty United States and the District of Columbia and is not a freight forwarder or package-consolidation service; and
- the information you give at registration, at the entry point and at checkout is accurate.
The confirmations we collect are attestations, not verification. We do not collect a date of birth and we do not verify identity, age or laboratory affiliation. A false attestation voids the order and is grounds for closure of the account.
Research-use covenant
You covenant that you will not, and will not permit any other person to:
- introduce the material into the body of a human or an animal by any route;
- use the material in or on a human or an animal in any manner, or in any clinical, veterinary, compounding or dispensing setting;
- resell, transfer, gift, distribute or export the material to any person for any such use; or
- repackage, relabel, dilute or blend the material in any way that would make it an article intended for use in or on a human or an animal.
This covenant survives delivery and survives termination of these Terms. Any onward supply must pass the Research Use Only Agreement to the recipient in full and unaltered.
No guidance
We do not provide reconstitution volumes, dosing, administration routes, schedules, cycles, or research protocols of any kind, for any material, to any customer. Requests for that information receive a written refusal and no guidance. Any communication indicating intended use in or on a human or an animal will result in refusal of sale, cancellation of open orders, and closure of the account.
No medical advice. Nothing on this website is medical, veterinary, pharmaceutical, or professional advice, and no content here describes a use, benefit, or outcome in a human or an animal. Elitist Peptides does not supply dosing, reconstitution, administration, or research-protocol guidance. If you contact us for that information you will receive a written refusal and no guidance.
Orders, pricing and payment
An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. No contract of sale is formed until we accept the order, and we may decline any order under clause 12. Prices are shown in United States dollars and exclude carriage and any tax we are required to collect.
We may correct an obvious pricing or description error at any time before dispatch, including after an order is placed. Where a correction increases the price you have already authorised, we cancel the order and return the payment in full rather than charge the difference.
A strikethrough price is shown only where that price was genuinely offered by us for that item. We do not run a permanent sale presentation and we do not display countdown timers, stock-urgency counters or viewer counts.
Payment is taken through a third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number. Where an order is cancelled or an item is refunded, the amount is returned to the original payment method.
Shipping, title and risk of loss
Where we ship. Elitist Peptides ships only to addresses within the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally, we do not ship to freight forwarders or package-consolidation services, and we do not ship to any U.S. territory or APO/FPO/DPO address. We may require a business, laboratory, or institutional delivery address. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or decline shipment of any order, to any address, in any jurisdiction, at our sole discretion and without stating a reason.
Carriage is a flat $15.00 per order within the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. Free shipping on orders over $200, calculated on the merchandise subtotal, before tax.
Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on a business day are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, and orders placed on a day that is not a business day, are processed on the next business day.
Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery by the carrier to the address on the order. The full carriage, cold-chain, split-shipment, address-correction and undeliverable-package terms are set out in the Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy and form part of these Terms.
All sales are final
All sales are final. Because chain of custody over research material cannot be re-established once it leaves our facility, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If a shipment arrives incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, contact support@elitistpeptides.com within 7 days of the carrier-recorded delivery date with your order number and photographs, and we will replace or refund the affected items. Orders may be cancelled by email at any time before the shipping label is generated.
The claim window, the evidence required and the criteria we apply when choosing between a replacement and a refund are set out at lost, stolen and damaged packages.
Chargebacks
If something is wrong with an order, contact us first. We answer, and the remedies in clause 7 are available to you without a dispute.
A chargeback raised without first contacting us is a breach of these Terms. We retain order, attestation, fulfilment, lot and carrier records and we produce them in full in response to any dispute. We may close the account of any buyer who raises a chargeback in bad faith and decline future orders from that buyer.
Certificates of analysis
About this certificate. Certificates of analysis are lot-specific. A certificate reports only the tests actually performed on the lot identified on it, by the laboratory named on it, on the date shown — typically identity and purity by HPLC/MS and net fill mass. It is not a statement of sterility, endotoxin content, or fitness for any purpose, and a result for one lot does not describe any other lot. Tests not listed on a certificate were not performed.
The only representation we make about the composition of a lot is the measured result published on that lot’s certificate. We publish no catalogue-wide purity figure, no purity floor and no purity guarantee, and no employee is authorised to give one. A figure quoted without its lot code and its certificate is not a statement by us.
The full certificate policy — per-lot scope, the honest empty state, the retention of superseded certificates and the public permalink — is set out in the Research Use Only Agreement.
Misbranding and adulteration
You warrant that you will not cause any material supplied by us to become a misbranded or adulterated article within the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act or any equivalent state statute, and that you will not represent, label, advertise or supply it as a drug, food, cosmetic or medical device.
You warrant that you will not make, publish or repeat any claim about the material that describes a use, benefit or outcome in a human or an animal, whether in your own materials, in correspondence with us, or in any review or content you submit to this site.
Export control, anti-diversion and TSCA
You warrant that you will not export, re-export, transfer or divert any material supplied by us in breach of United States export control or economic sanctions law, and that you are not a person with whom United States persons are barred from dealing.
You accept responsibility for any obligation arising under the Toxic Substances Control Act, and any equivalent state chemical-control regime, in respect of material you receive, use or dispose of.
We ship only within the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to freight forwarders or consolidation services, in part because doing so would put the anti-diversion warranty in this clause beyond our sight.
Refusal of sale and due diligence
We may refuse, limit, cancel or decline to ship any order, to any person, at any address, at our sole discretion and without stating a reason, before or after payment is authorised. Where an order is declined after payment, the payment is returned in full.
Any communication indicating an intended use in or on a human or an animal results in refusal of sale, cancellation of open orders and closure of the account. We maintain an internal restricted-buyer record for that purpose.
We reserve a right of due diligence on any order. Reserving that right is not a representation that we exercise it on every order, and you may not rely on our screening in place of your own compliance.
Accounts and site conduct
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been used without your authority.
You must not:
- use this site in breach of any law, or in a way that interferes with its operation or with another user;
- scrape, harvest or bulk-download catalogue, certificate or account data other than through an interface we publish for that purpose;
- attempt to bypass the site entry confirmation, the checkout attestation or any access control; or
- submit content that describes a use, benefit or outcome in a human or an animal.
Where reviews are offered, they are restricted to verified purchasers, are held for moderation before display, and are limited to fulfilment, documentation and service. We do not publish a review that describes use in or on a human or an animal, and we do not display an aggregate rating unless real moderated reviews exist.
Intellectual property
The site, its text, layout, photography, product renders, code and the Elitist Peptides name and marks are owned by [PENDING - COUNSEL: LEGAL_ENTITY] or its licensors and are protected by United States and international law. You may view, download and print pages for your own reference and for record-keeping about an order you placed.
You may not copy, republish, frame, mirror or use any part of the site for a commercial purpose without written permission. Certificate PDFs may be downloaded, retained and passed on unaltered — a certificate is only useful if it travels with the material.
Disclaimer of warranties
The material is supplied as is and with all faults. It has not been tested for safety or efficacy in any subject, and no warranty of merchantability and no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose is given or implied. The only representation made about a lot is the measured result on that lot’s certificate of analysis.
We make no statement of sterility or endotoxin content for any lot, and no certificate we publish speaks to either. The site and its content are provided without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Elitist Peptides nor its officers, employees, agents or suppliers is liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, research work or goodwill, arising out of or relating to these Terms, the site, or any material supplied, whether in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms and any material supplied is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific item giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so parts of this clause may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Elitist Peptides, its officers, employees, agents and suppliers from and against any claim, demand, proceeding, loss, liability, damage, cost and expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
- your breach of these Terms or of the Research Use Only Agreement;
- any use of the material in or on a human or an animal, by you or by any person to whom you supplied it;
- your breach of any law or of any third-party right; or
- any claim that material you received was misbranded, adulterated or misrepresented after it left our facility.
Assumption of risk
Research chemicals carry hazards that are, in many cases, not fully characterised. You acknowledge that you are acquiring material whose behaviour in a living organism is unknown to us and undisclosed by us, and you assume all risk arising from its receipt, storage, handling, use and disposal.
Governing law and venue
Elitist Peptides is operated by [PENDING - COUNSEL: LEGAL_ENTITY], [PENDING - COUNSEL: ENTITY_ADDRESS]. Orders are fulfilled from our facility in [PENDING - COUNSEL: FULFILLMENT_STATE], United States. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them are governed by the laws of the State of [PENDING - COUNSEL: GOVERNING_STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in [PENDING - COUNSEL: VENUE_COUNTY], [PENDING - COUNSEL: GOVERNING_STATE].
There is one governing law and one venue for this site, stated here and nowhere else, and no other page states a different one. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Binding arbitration and class-action waiver
Read this clause carefully. It affects how disputes are resolved.
Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the site, or any material supplied — other than a claim brought in small-claims court, and other than a request for injunctive or equitable remedies to protect intellectual property or to stop a breach of clause 3 — is resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, seated in [PENDING - COUNSEL: VENUE_COUNTY], [PENDING - COUNSEL: GOVERNING_STATE].
Class-action waiver. Claims are brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of more than one person and may not preside over any form of representative proceeding. If this waiver is held unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim alone proceeds in court and the remainder of this clause continues to apply.
Before commencing arbitration, the party raising the dispute sends a written notice describing the claim and the outcome sought to the support mailbox published on the Contact page, and the parties have 30 days to resolve it informally.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for a failure or delay in performance caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including act of God, fire, flood, severe weather, epidemic, war, civil disturbance, labour dispute, carrier failure, utility or network failure, supplier failure, or an act of a government or regulator. Where such an event lasts more than 30 days, either party may cancel the affected order and we return any payment for undelivered items.
General provisions
- Severability. If a provision is held unenforceable, it is modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the rest of these Terms continues in force.
- No waiver. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
- Electronic communications. You consent to receive contractual notices, order confirmations and records electronically at the email address on the order.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the documents incorporated in clause 1, are the entire agreement between us and supersede every prior discussion, representation and understanding on the same subject.
- Survival. Clauses 3, 7 and 10 to 22 survive termination.
Acceptance record
Each acceptance is stored as an immutable record containing the document version, the ISO 8601 date and time, the network address, the browser user agent, and the account identifier or email address where one exists. Checking the box is the legal equivalent of a signature.
The confirmation at the site entry point and the attestation at checkout are separate records. The checkout attestation is never pre-filled and never inferred from the entry confirmation, and the order is rejected on the server if it is absent.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms are version 1.0, effective 2026-08-16. Both values are rendered on this page, so no clause can point at a version that was never displayed.
We may publish a new version. A version increase invalidates existing acceptances and blocks further catalogue access and checkout until the current version is accepted. Superseded versions are retained and produced on request.
Accessibility statement
We build this site to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at Level AA. In practice that means semantic HTML and real landmarks, a skip-to-content link, a visible focus indicator on every interactive element, text contrast of at least 4.5:1 and non-text contrast of at least 3:1, labelled form controls with error messages tied to their fields, no reliance on colour alone to convey state, and no motion that runs against a reduced-motion preference.
Conformance is a continuing obligation and this site is new. If any page, control or document blocks you, write to the support mailbox on the Contact page with the page address and what happened. We aim to send a first response within one business day and to give a remediation date, and we will supply the information you were trying to reach in an alternative format in the meantime.
Copyright and DMCA
We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Send a notice to our designated agent, [PENDING - COUNSEL: DMCA_AGENT], at the support mailbox published on the Contact page, marked for the attention of the DMCA agent.
A complete notice includes:
- a physical or electronic signature of the owner or a person authorised to act for them;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it;
- your address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
We remove or disable material in response to a complete notice, notify the person who supplied it, and reinstate it on receipt of a valid counter-notice unless we are told that court proceedings have been filed. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
