Agreement
Research Use Only Agreement
This agreement governs every material supplied by Elitist Peptides. Acceptance is a condition of access to the catalogue and a condition of every order. It is the document each product page, the entry gate and the checkout attestation refer to.

RESEARCH USE ONLYNOT FOR HUMAN OR VETERINARY USE
All materials sold by Elitist Peptides are supplied for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary consumption or administration by any route. Nothing sold or published on this site is offered to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition in any human or animal, and no such use is authorised.
Scope and acceptance
This Research Use Only Agreement (the Agreement) is entered into between Elitist Peptides and the person or organisation accessing this site or placing an order (you). It applies to every material, article, sample and item of documentation supplied by Elitist Peptides, without exception and without any per-product variation.
You accept this Agreement when you confirm the statements shown at the site entry point, when you accept the attestation at checkout, and again each time you place an order. If you do not accept every term below, you must not access the catalogue and you must not order.
This Agreement is read together with the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy. Where this Agreement and another document address the same subject, the stricter restriction applies.
What the material is, and what it is not
Materials supplied by Elitist Peptides are laboratory research articles. They are lyophilised powders in sealed vials, supplied by identity and net fill mass, for use in in-vitro laboratory work by qualified professionals.
No material supplied by Elitist Peptides is a drug, a food, a cosmetic or a medical device, and none is offered for any use in or on a human or an animal. Nothing published on this site describes a use, benefit or outcome in a human or an animal, and nothing on this site should be read as suggesting one.
Product pages state compound identity and synonyms, CAS number and sequence where a supplier specification confirms them, physical form, net fill mass, vial count, storage condition and lot traceability. They state nothing else, because there is nothing else we are able to state truthfully about a research article.
Age and eligibility
You represent and warrant, on each access and on each order, that:
- you are 21 years of age or older;
- you are acquiring the material solely for in-vitro laboratory research;
- you are a qualified professional, or you are acting under the direction of one, and you have the facilities and competence to handle research chemicals lawfully;
- you are ordering to an address within the fifty United States and the District of Columbia; and
- you are not barred from receiving research chemicals under any applicable federal, state or local law, or under any order of a court or agency.
The confirmation collected at the site entry point and at checkout is an attestation. It is not identity verification and it is not age verification. We do not collect a date of birth, we do not check a document, and we do not represent that we screen the laboratory affiliation of any buyer. We record what you tell us, with the agreement version, the date and time, and we rely on it.
A false attestation is a breach of this Agreement. It voids the order, and it is grounds for closure of the account and refusal of every future order.
Permitted use
The material may be used only for in-vitro laboratory research, conducted in a laboratory, by qualified personnel, in compliance with all applicable law and with the institutional rules that govern the facility where the work is done.
Permitted use includes analytical characterisation, reference and comparison work, and in-vitro assay work on cells, tissue preparations or cell-free systems. Permitted use does not extend beyond the laboratory bench, in any form, for any reason.
Prohibited use
The following are prohibited absolutely and without exception:
- introduction of the material into the body of a human or an animal by any route, whether by you or by any other person;
- use in or on a human or an animal in any manner, including by any oral, inhaled, dermal or parenteral route;
- use in a clinical, veterinary, compounding, dispensing or practitioner setting, and any use in connection with the care of a person or an animal;
- resale, transfer, gift, distribution or export of the material to any person for any use prohibited by this clause;
- repackaging, relabelling, dilution, blending or any other operation that would make the material an article intended for use in or on a human or an animal;
- any use that would cause the material to be a misbranded or adulterated article under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act or under any equivalent state law; and
- any onward supply that does not pass this Agreement, in full and unaltered, to the recipient.
No guidance
We do not provide reconstitution volumes, dosing, administration routes, schedules, cycles, or research protocols of any kind, for any material, to any customer. Requests for that information receive a written refusal and no guidance. Any communication indicating intended use in or on a human or an animal will result in refusal of sale, cancellation of open orders, and closure of the account.
This is a policy, not a resource limit. We hold the information a laboratory would need to characterise a research article and we publish all of it — identity, sequence where confirmed, net fill mass, storage condition, lot code and the certificate for the lot. What we decline to supply is anything that describes how to prepare or apply the material to a subject, because that request describes a use this Agreement prohibits.
No medical advice. Nothing on this website is medical, veterinary, pharmaceutical, or professional advice, and no content here describes a use, benefit, or outcome in a human or an animal. Elitist Peptides does not supply dosing, reconstitution, administration, or research-protocol guidance. If you contact us for that information you will receive a written refusal and no guidance.
Certificates of analysis
Every lot released for fulfilment carries a certificate of analysis from the laboratory named on that certificate. A lot cannot reach released status without a certificate record carrying the laboratory name, the test date and the measured result, and an unreleased lot cannot be picked, labelled or shipped.
Each certificate is published at a stable, public permalink under /verify, keyed by lot code. The code printed on the carton resolves to that page. Verification is deliberately outside the site entry gate and behind no account: a certificate nobody can open is not evidence.
About this certificate. Certificates of analysis are lot-specific. A certificate reports only the tests actually performed on the lot identified on it, by the laboratory named on it, on the date shown — typically identity and purity by HPLC/MS and net fill mass. It is not a statement of sterility, endotoxin content, or fitness for any purpose, and a result for one lot does not describe any other lot. Tests not listed on a certificate were not performed.
Three consequences follow, and we apply them without exception:
- Per-lot only. A measured figure is published beside the lot it was measured on, linked to the certificate it came from. We do not advertise a catalogue-wide purity figure, we do not publish a floor or a guarantee, and we never carry a figure across from one lot to another.
- Honest empty state. Where a lot has no published certificate, the page says so and shows no figure. A blank field, an inherited value or a nearest-lot substitution would each be a misrepresentation.
- Nothing is deleted. A re-test creates a new certificate record; the previous one is marked superseded and stays reachable at its own address. The active certificate is the most recent one for that lot.
Where a laboratory ran identity and mass only — which is the case for the multi-component preparations — the page reports each component by identity and measured mass and shows no purity figure, because none was produced. Tests that are not listed on a certificate were not performed, and we make no statement of sterility or endotoxin content for any lot.
Handling and storage
Handling and storage. Lyophilised material ships at ambient temperature in insulated packaging and must be transferred to cold storage promptly on receipt by trained laboratory personnel. Keep sealed, dry, and protected from light. This is a storage instruction for the material as supplied to a laboratory. It is not preparation, reconstitution, or use guidance.
The cold-chain method actually used for outbound shipments, the carriers we use and the packaging we pack into are described in the Shipping policy. Once a shipment is delivered, responsibility for storage conditions passes to the receiving laboratory.
Buyer obligations at law
You are responsible for compliance with every law that applies to your acquisition, possession, handling, storage, use and disposal of the material. That responsibility is yours alone and it is not shared, reduced or supervised by Elitist Peptides.
- Food, drug and cosmetic law. You warrant that you will not cause the material to become a misbranded or adulterated article, and that you will not represent it as a drug, food, cosmetic or medical device.
- Chemical control. You accept responsibility for any obligation arising under the Toxic Substances Control Act and any equivalent state regime for the material you receive.
- Export control and anti-diversion. You warrant that you will not export, re-export or transfer the material contrary to United States export control or sanctions law, and that you will not divert it to any person or purpose prohibited by this Agreement.
- Institutional rules. You warrant that your work is authorised by the institution whose facilities you use, and that you hold every approval that work requires.
- Disposal. You are responsible for lawful disposal of unused material, containers and packaging.
Refusal of sale
Elitist Peptides may refuse, limit, cancel or decline to ship any order, to any person, at any address, at its sole discretion and without stating a reason. We may do so before or after payment is authorised; where an order is refused after payment, the payment is returned in full to the original method.
Any communication that indicates an intended use in or on a human or an animal results in refusal of sale, cancellation of open orders and closure of the account. We maintain an internal restricted-buyer record for that purpose. We reserve a right of due diligence on any order; reserving that right is not a representation that we exercise it routinely, and no buyer should rely on our screening as a substitute for their own compliance.
Where we ship. Elitist Peptides ships only to addresses within the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally, we do not ship to freight forwarders or package-consolidation services, and we do not ship to any U.S. territory or APO/FPO/DPO address. We may require a business, laboratory, or institutional delivery address. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or decline shipment of any order, to any address, in any jurisdiction, at our sole discretion and without stating a reason.
No warranty
The material is supplied as is. It has not been tested for safety or efficacy in any subject, and it carries no warranty of merchantability and no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. The only representation Elitist Peptides makes about a lot is the measured result published on that lot’s certificate of analysis, which is a measurement and not a specification.
You assume all risk arising from your handling and use of the material. The limitation of liability, the indemnity and the assumption of risk that apply to this Agreement are set out in the Terms of Service and are incorporated here by reference.
Acceptance record
Each acceptance of this Agreement is stored as an immutable record containing the agreement version, the date and time in ISO 8601 form, the network address the acceptance came from, the browser user agent, and the account identifier or email address where one exists. Checking the box is the legal equivalent of a signature.
The acceptance recorded at the site entry point and the attestation recorded at checkout are two separate records. The checkout attestation is never satisfied, pre-filled or inferred from the entry record, and the order is rejected on the server if it is absent. How long these records are kept, and how to ask for a copy, is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Versioning and re-acceptance
This Agreement is version 1.0, effective 2026-08-16. The version and its effective date are rendered on this page so that a clause elsewhere can never point at a version no reader has seen.
Acceptance is re-requested every 30 days. Publishing a new version invalidates every existing acceptance and blocks further catalogue access and checkout until the current version is accepted. Superseded versions are retained and produced on request.
Contact and governing law
Written correspondence about this Agreement goes to the support mailbox published on the Contact page. We answer questions about identity, lot documentation, carriage and policy. We do not answer questions about preparation or application, and a request for that information receives a written refusal.
