Frequently asked questions
Every figure on this page — geography, cut-off, claim window, eligibility age — is rendered from the same constant the policy page renders from, so the two cannot disagree.
Research use only — not for human or veterinary use.
Eligibility and permitted use
What does research use only mean on this site?
It means every material is supplied for in-vitro laboratory work by qualified professionals, and for nothing else. No material sold here is a drug, a food, a cosmetic or a medical device, and none is offered for use in or on a human or an animal by any route.
The restriction is a term of the sale rather than a disclaimer added afterwards. It appears on every product page above the add-to-cart control, it is accepted at the site entry point and again at checkout, and it survives delivery.
Who is allowed to buy?
A buyer must be 21 years of age or older, must be acquiring the material solely for in-vitro laboratory research, and must be ordering to an address within the fifty United States and the District of Columbia.
The confirmation we collect is an attestation, not verification. We do not collect a date of birth, we do not check a document, and we do not claim to screen laboratory affiliation. We record what you tell us with the agreement version, the date and the time, and we rely on it.
Why do I have to confirm something before I can see the products?
Because the confirmation is real. It is checked on the server on every catalogue request, and until it is present no product name, price, image or catalogue data is included in the response at all.
A confirmation that only blurs a page you have already been sent would be a representation of screening we do not perform, which is worse than having none. Certificate pages and every policy page stay outside it, because verification that requires permission is not verification.
Will you tell me how to prepare a material, or how much to use?
We do not provide reconstitution volumes, dosing, administration routes, schedules, cycles, or research protocols of any kind, for any material, to any customer. Requests for that information receive a written refusal and no guidance. Any communication indicating intended use in or on a human or an animal will result in refusal of sale, cancellation of open orders, and closure of the account.
This is a policy rather than a gap in our knowledge. Everything a laboratory needs to characterise the article — identity, sequence where a supplier has confirmed it, net fill mass, storage condition, lot code and the certificate for that lot — is published. What we decline to supply is anything describing how to apply the material to a subject, because that request describes a use the agreement prohibits.
Certificates of analysis
How do I find the certificate for the vial I received?
Take the lot code printed on the vial and the carton and open the verification page for that code. The page shows the lot, the compound, the laboratory named on the report, the test date, the methods actually performed, the measured result and the net fill mass, with a link to the report itself.
Verification is public. It is outside the site entry confirmation and behind no account, because a certificate that only a customer can open proves nothing to anybody else.
Why is there no purity percentage on the product tiles?
Because purity is a property of a lot, not of a catalogue entry. A percentage is published beside the lot it was measured on, linked to the certificate it came from, with a note stating that it is a measurement rather than a specification or a guarantee.
We publish no catalogue-wide purity figure, no floor and no guarantee. A site-wide number would be contradicted by the first lot that measured differently, and a guarantee is a claim we would have to honour on lots we have not yet received.
What happens if a lot has no certificate yet?
The page says so and shows no figure. A lot without a published certificate has not been released, and an unreleased lot cannot be picked, labelled or shipped, so you will not be sent one.
We never substitute a result from another lot, and we never leave a field blank and let it look like an oversight.
Why do the multi-component preparations show masses instead of a purity figure?
Because that is what the laboratory measured. For those lots the analysis covered identity and amount for each component, and no combined purity value was produced.
So the certificate panel lists each component with its measured mass. Presenting a single percentage there would mean inventing a figure the report does not contain.
What happens when a lot is re-tested?
A new certificate record is created and becomes the active one. The previous certificate is marked superseded and stays reachable at its own address permanently.
Nothing is overwritten and nothing is deleted. A certificate that can disappear is not a record.
Orders, carriage and delivery
Where do you ship?
Where we ship. Elitist Peptides ships only to addresses within the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally, we do not ship to freight forwarders or package-consolidation services, and we do not ship to any U.S. territory or APO/FPO/DPO address. We may require a business, laboratory, or institutional delivery address. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or decline shipment of any order, to any address, in any jurisdiction, at our sole discretion and without stating a reason.
How much is carriage? Is there free shipping?
Carriage is a flat $15.00 per order within the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. Free shipping on orders over $200, calculated on the merchandise subtotal, before tax.
The waiver is calculated on the merchandise subtotal, before tax, so a tax line or a carriage line can never push an order over the threshold. We select the carrier and the service, from UPS and the United States Postal Service, based on the destination and the parcel.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on a business day are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, and orders placed on a day that is not a business day, are processed on the next business day.
Picking and packing takes one business day; carrier transit is a separate one to four business days depending on the service you select. A lot that has no published certificate cannot be picked, so if that holds an order we tell you and offer the next released lot or a full refund.
How is the material packed?
Each vial is sealed and boxed in its printed carton, cartons are packed in an insulated mailer inside a rigid outer box with void fill, and the parcel travels at ambient temperature for domestic transit.
Lyophilised material is supplied dry and sealed. The cold requirement is a storage instruction for the receiving laboratory — transfer the material to cold storage promptly on arrival. We do not run a refrigerated chain for outbound domestic parcels and we do not say we do.
Can I return a vial?
All sales are final. Because chain of custody over research material cannot be re-established once it leaves our facility, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If a shipment arrives incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, contact support@elitistpeptides.com within 7 days of the carrier-recorded delivery date with your order number and photographs, and we will replace or refund the affected items. Orders may be cancelled by email at any time before the shipping label is generated.
The reason is chain of custody. Once a vial leaves our facility we cannot evidence how it was stored or handled, so we cannot honestly return it to stock or supply it to another laboratory. That applies to a sealed carton exactly as it applies to an opened one.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, by email at any time before the shipping label is generated. That is a concrete event with a timestamp rather than a vague window, so either the label exists or it does not.
Once the label exists the window has closed and the parcel must travel.
My shipment arrived damaged, short or incorrect.
Write to the support mailbox within 7 days of the carrier-recorded delivery date with the order number, the tracking number and photographs of the outer box, the packaging inside it and the contents as they arrived.
We replace the affected lines from a currently released lot, or refund them, at your choice. A replacement ships against its own lot code and its own certificate.
Do you sell accessories or diluents?
No. We supply sealed lyophilised material in vials and nothing else. No hardware, no liquids and no accessory of any kind exists in the catalogue, and none will be added.
An accessory that only makes sense for use on a subject would contradict every other line on this site.
Account, payment and privacy
Do you store my card details?
No. Card details are entered into fields hosted by the payment processor and go to it directly. We never receive or store a full card number.
What we keep is the processor's transaction reference, the amount, the result, and the card brand and last four digits where the processor returns them, so a refund or a dispute can be matched to an order.
What do you record when I accept an agreement?
The agreement version, the date and time, the network address the acceptance came from, the browser user agent, and the account identifier or email address where one exists.
We say so plainly because a consent log that is not disclosed is itself a problem. Those records are kept for seven years, are never used for marketing, and are never sold or shared.
Does this site track me?
No analytics product, advertising pixel, session-recording tool, chat widget, social embed or public content-delivery network is loaded on any page. Fonts are your operating system's own, so no font request leaves your device.
The only cookies set are strictly necessary ones: the entry confirmation, the session, the basket and your cookie choices. Each is listed by name and duration in the Cookie Policy.
How do I reach a person?
Written support is available at support@elitistpeptides.com. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding public holidays. First-response target: One business day.
Questions about identity, lot documentation, carriage and policy are answered. Questions about preparing or applying a material receive a written refusal and no guidance.
No medical advice. Nothing on this website is medical, veterinary, pharmaceutical, or professional advice, and no content here describes a use, benefit, or outcome in a human or an animal.
